I'm about 7K in medical debut I never had before myself... sucks for everybody. when I think about the inside of that guys head for the last 3 years to get to the point he does this... life was sucking bad for that dude. and being he was is filled with white privilege he got no help and nobody gave a fuck about him and his life.

The only motives for killing strangers are because you are a policeman...you are a solider in war...you are mentally unbalanced (in that case law enforcement and military personnel are automatically included.)
