Ad networks with geo-targeting by city?
 

What are some adult ad networks that will allow me to buy banner spots that are geo-targeted to a specific city? For example I would like to buy banner spots that will only be shown to people located in Seattle, WA.

I have heard that trafficjunky supports this. Any others?

Technically, you could do that by yourself if you know right ip ranges,and most of ad networks have ip range targeting.
