Anyone have contact info where they reply?

tried to contact them but more 2 months dont get any reply
they are paying? 2 months no payment....

no issues with payment or support here.

edit: to receive payment you need to upload an invoice btw, did you do this?

but still dont get any money,

I can see on our side that you uploaded an invoice on February 12th. Also I see that my colleague tried to contact you via email on February 13th and March 21st because some information on the invoice wasn't filled out correctly.

They have been paying for years but stopped February.
