North Korea has accused the U.S. and South Korean spy agencies of an unsuccessful assassination attempt on leader Kim Jong Un involving bio-chemical weapons.

North Korea frequently lambasts the United States and South Korea, but its accusation Friday was unusual in its details.

The ministry said the spy agencies "ideologically corrupted and bribed" a North Korean citizen who had been working in Russia to carry out the alleged assassination attempt involving a "radioactive" and "nano poisonous" substance.

I belive Kim on this one...he is bat shit crazy but I have no doubt the USA wanted to assassinate him...

I hope this doesn't deter the effort to successfully take Kim Jong Un out he's nuts and his whole regime needs to be taken down to free the NK people.

Did the CIA plan an assassination attempt against Kim Jong Un. Oh, absolutely without a doubt.

We have agencies in the military that spend all of their time planning against every possible contingency. We have plans to invade Mexico, Panama, Canada, the UK, France, and every other country. The US military even plans for wide scale military operations in the United States (in the event we are invaded). The US military, for example, keeps track of our freeways and bridges and railroads so in the unlikely event Russia invades via Mexico (Wolverines!) and we need to send tanks over freeway passes in San Diego - we need to know which bridges can handle the weight of the tanks.

The CIA also has plans. If the President of the United States says "We need to do X" the CIA has to be ready to put that plan into place immediately.

So yes, the CIA most likely has plans for an assassination attempt against Kim Jong Un. I am sure the US military has specs on every road and bridge in NK too.

even IF there would be a reunion betweed the north and the south you can´t compare that with the reunion of east and west germany. NK has like 50% of the citicens of the south. in germany it have been 25% and it was VERY HARD even in such a healthy country as germany is.

no US goverment (no matter if it´s trump or someone else) will accept china takes the territory of NK.

so even if this conflict is resolved it will bring up the next.

China will probably sequester as much land as they can , right away if a united Korea is a western oriented one.
