So once again Republicans are more interested in leaks than Russian interference in the election
 

So I'm watching the Senate hearing on the Russian ties to our election.. Big surprise the Russian traitors in the senate (oh I mean Republicans) are more worried about leaks to the news media than any involvement from Russian in the election..

These guys need to all be hung for treason.. They don't represent our country, but rather only their corrupt party. They'd just assume sell us out to foreign powers as long as their party can be in control.

Did you seriously expect anything else. I'm not watching it because I know the playbook. The republicans will focus on leaks and unmasking

Yeah, I expected Republicans in the Senate to be a bit more interested in protecting the security of our country. The Senate Republicans are usually not crazed lunatics like the ones in the House. The Senate is usually a bit more moderate and "responsible", with only a few far right goons..

I guess it's no longer the case, all Republicans are shit and the good of the country is 4th in line to what is good for them, their party and their corporate owners..

I'm watching it live now. Sally Yates is clearly a by book bipartisan professional. If she says anything, that the right doesn't like, they'll lie and trash her reputation.

I have the city inspector at my house today so I am sort of just waiting for him to need something so I am watching this and it's stunning. It's just fucking stunning.

From what little I've watched they've said Flynn lied about his contacts with the Russian government, the Russians knew he lied, which means if he wasn't comprised already by the Russians directly he could be at any time. Flynn, a top level adviser to the President, lied about his contacts with Russia, covered everything up, and the Russians knew this.

But hey, let's talk about what's important here.... How the truth came out.

Don't get me wrong... Leaking classified information is very wrong and very illegal. However, comparing the leaking of classified information to treason at the highest level of the White House is comparing murder to jay walking. Leaking classified information might not result in jail time, while the other might lead to death by firing sqaud.

We have proof Russia hacked the DNC (and RNC). We know they influenced our election. We know Trump has direct financial ties to Russia. We know a large percentage of Trump's campaign / administration had direct contact with Russia. We can plainly see a cover up is taking place.

Ladies and gentlemen welcome to Russiagate.

I'm not comparing the leaks to treason. I'm saying Republicans who are more worried about leaks than the security of our country should be hung for treason. The very fact that Republicans are not even interested in the investigation to whatever the Russians did is treason in my book because they are giving the Russians a free pass by only being worried about who or how something was leaked to the media. They are aiding the Russians by not questioning what was done by them..

These guys have zero fucking care in the world to the good of our country. These republican fucks are traitors pure and simple..

Sure the leaks are important to solve, but they in no fucking way compare to the security risk of a foreign nation trying to compromise our election process.

The questions being asked are night and day difference between what Republicans are asking vs what Democrats are asking. It's a fucking disgrace to the citizens of this country.

Trump & Putin see the evidence leaker of Russian corruption, in the election and white house, as their enemy. But Trump likes wikileaks, whom Russia feeds terabytes of our leaked data impacting thousands of government secret service agents' private details, amongst other things.

They also seemed pretty concerned over the fact that the top attorney in the United States stopped an executive order that was at it's core unlawful -- because she's a partisan hack, or at least that's what it seemed they were inferring. It's not that Republicans are not concerned about Russia, they're just sticking their heads in the sand by diverting and deflecting for their Republican president.

Which is why they are traitors, because they are turning a blind eye to Russia therefore assisting and giving aid to Russia by ignoring what they did in order to play distraction for their team..
