Anyone else ever see this problem before ?

We just got a message from chaturbate that we are banned because of violating their terms of service ? We are only using chaturbate tools to promote them. We don't send spam or participate in any illigal crap.

Anyone from chaturbate using GFY ?

You must have done something wrong they don't terminate accounts for no reason.

How have you been using their tools? Where are you putting stuff generated from the tools? How are you presenting the promo content online?

We are using their xml feeds to display the models and using the iframe to show live streams like so many others do. Totally legal I assume.

Only using their xml feeds tool to display the models and iframe livecam/chat tool. Direct linking no spam. An example site is cams4us.com , others are simular and we have many.

It's just their way of skimming sales.

When sales drop, they find new ways to create income.

They shut down a few hundred low active accounts seasonally, that have very small balances due, find some legal loop hole in their TOS to do it, and keep the balances.

Did you have a small balance pending?

If they do this process they can instantly create revenue for themselves to get thru financial rough patches in low sales months.

Some will say, that is counter productive for Chaturbate, but it's really not. Low selling affiliates are a dime a dozen. There is an affiliate chump born every second online ready to replace the affiliate (you) that just got shut down.

200 low selling affiliate accounts x $ 50 small pending balances = $10,000 instant income for Chaturbate.

The odds on ANY low selling affiliate complaining legally is almost next to nothing. Chaturbate knows this. Who is going to sue for $50 due? :1orglaugh

With no regulation or accountability, these web cam programs can steal your money, right in your face and there is nothing you can do about it.

They skim regular selling affiliates and shut down low selling affiliates while taking their balances due.

The best crimes are done right out in the open, and if you complain, all you'll get is an auto reply email with a link to their TOS.

Well in this case they had a point , due to a very old email address in their file I did not get all DMCA takedown notices. Steve took care of it and it is fixed now. I don't consider us to be a small affiliate :winkwink:

Read the thread before posting or you look like a moron. They already told him what he did. He corrected it and they reinstated his account. He had a non-working email address as his contact and he wasn't responding to dmca requests for a model who wanted her images removed.

Just ignore that idiot, he obviously failed at adult. He's completely negative about being able to make any money in adult and accuses any program here of shaving. He usually pushes the limits of the rules, and this one should be ban worthy.
