How much work can I expect to be done for 700 USD a month

At this moment I am not sure if I trusted in the right guys. So let me tell you about my projects first. So I am planing on starting multiple tube sites.
all in (dot) com
xfoxxx (online)
pornomizer(online)
darkchick (offline)
dickwars (offline)

I am not happy with the sites and I dont think he can make me a custom site that looks professional but als works without errors. So I will purchase the mechbunny script and will use this for all my tube sites. Here is my question...1. HOW LONG should it take him to set up all the tube sites with the script? 2. How much traffic should we get all in all for the money I pay him how much can I ask for?

EDIT: And what skills and or services should be expected for 700 USD a month

Any advice greatly appreciated.

It seems like you're trying to get into something without researching and then asking everyone to help you do your sites for you.

Read and study like we all had to.

I am asking a question in a forum which is specifically designed for noobs to ask experienced webmasters (Webmaster Q& Fucking A) If you see no reason in asking questions or learning from others why are you part of this community?
fuck off..dont give me shit on every post of mine for no reason.

EDIT: No offense, but all your sites look like shit, you should come down from your high horse.
EDIT2: I just had to check on the threads you posted. For someone who reads and studies all by himself you shure ask allot of questions. your a joke.

Hi, as for question 1 installing and setting up the script should take less than a day to do. Populating it however would be another matter.

question 2) this is a sort of how long is a piece of string question, how are you tracking/measuring his work progress? You will need to manage his time to get the most of of his work, regardless of how much you pay him people are human so you need to find the right buttons to push to get him to do the right amount of work in the way you want it done.

I myself do something first and refine the process a bit before throwing it over the fence for someone else to do. This way you also can know if someone is lazy and doing no work, because you have been in the trenches and done the work before. Don't be afraid to get on a skype call / do a teamviewer sharing and see how he is doing stuff to see if you can give pointers on how to improve.

Write out a job spec of tasks you expect him to do, try and guesstimate how long each task takes and how many he needs to do minimum per day and maybe try think of other ways to motivate him, bonuses, paid days off perhaps. You can't just pay someone and say "go" and expect good results. A book I like that I recently read "1501 Ways to Reward Employees" find it on Amazon.

Multiple Tube sites?
DO you have a SEO strategy for this?

What can you get for 700 $ per month, this can be different based on GEO, but for 700 $ in our country you can get a decent webmaster who pulls out minimal 40 hours of work per month for you.
