How are you getting around their TOS of no adult content etc?

Facebook ads are quite restrictive, you cant run even dating let alone adult offers.
You can try by changing link after you get approved, but they will find out that and ban your account.

Facebook don't allow adults. Maybe getting a fan base for a certain cam model will work. But of course, it must be non nude.

Those who spam groups they are using censored images to make it work. Kind a funny to see hardcore images on facebook, only difference with having key parts blurred.

Maybe experiment with that filter idea. Facebook ad monitors are probably busy (or lazy) they are going to form their judgment on the landing page of the ad usually. You may get 1:50 or 1:100 to make it to the adult content -- the ROMI on the cost of the ads might make this a colossal waste of time.
