The only thing that stands out for me, is the utility pole in front middle section of what appears to be a driveway.

Because the utility pole gives light, it's very unlikely that that home owner crashes his car into it...

When we bought my house.... It was one of the four models for my community. After we bought the house I called to turn the power on in my name and they told me no such address existed. Eventually they sent someone out to physically inspect the meter and confirm the address.

It turns out the house was built and power turned on before the street was built no less named. The account was assigned to a corporate address for the builder in Sacramento.
