Strip mall: Nude model, photographer arrested at shopping center

MONROEVILLE, Pa. ?
Police say a man was taking photos of a woman who was wearing only thigh-high black stockings and high heel shoes at a suburban shopping center near Pittsburgh.

Monroeville police say 21-year-old Chelsea Guerra of Indiana was posing in front of businesses at Miracle Mile Shopping Center for 64-year-old Michael Warnock of Pittsburgh on April 8.

Police say Warnock told them he hired Guerra after placing an ad for a nude model on Craigslist.

She was charged with indecent exposure. He was charged with criminal solicitation, criminal conspiracy, disorderly conduct and possession of controlled substances.

It's not known if they have lawyers. They face preliminary hearings on June 19.

It's risky shooting porn in public places. A friend of mine was arrested and convicted of shooting porn in the car park at London Heathrow airport.

You can't rub their faces in it.

How does Spencer Tunick get away with it? He has hundreds of nude people at his shoots.

After five arrests and a long legal battle, photographer Spencer Tunick finally got what he wanted all along -- the right to photograph a mass of nude bodies evoking a hilly landscape on a New York City street.

The final decision of the U.S. Court of Appeals in New York (2nd Cir.) found that his right to photograph nudes for artistic purposes was protected under the First Amendment and New York law.

Tunick, an artist specializing in "living sculptures" whose work has appeared in numerous galleries and been reviewed in national magazines, has been arrested five times in the past few years for staging photographs of nude bodies on the bridges and streets of Manhattan without a city permit.

Last year, Tunick applied for a permit to hold an early-morning photo shoot in a residential Manhattan neighborhood. The session was to involve predominantly clothed models, but include a five-minute shoot of nude models. He was granted the permit for the clothed models, but denied the permit for the nude shoot. Tunick then sued the city for violating his First Amendment rights.

was your friend shooting hardcore porn ?

swfantasies 05-25-2017 05:40 AM

We have done some public nudity shoots here, but we usually use a couple of "spotters" to keep an eye out for police, noisy watchers, etc. Also, we are very careful with locations...avoid anything near a school, etc.

Give these friendly fellas a break..... jesus christ... are you guys in the middle east or what?

I was once shooting bondage in Amsterdam. Had a girl tied up in the back of the trunk. I opened the trunk door while two girls were biking by... They saw me and the bound girl... but couldn't see the cameraman from their angle... 10 minutes later we were "pulled over" by a SWAT Team. Once they saw the cameraguy they understood what was going on... They were not really happy with the situation but we all just walked away from the scene...

Everything seems so fucking serious outside of Holland...:helpme

CNN.com - Photographer charged in death*of porn model - Mar 24, 2004

As a fellow bondage photographer, although I get your point and agree people can be too nosey, victorian or prudish at times...sometimes "fucking serious" might save a life.

It comes down to perspective and perception.

I can't blame the girls for reporting it. And good that the SWAT team was understanding and just let it go. They were just doing their due diligence at the time.

I actually had a lot of respect for the fact that that swat team was there within 10 minutes! And absolutely don't blame the girls for reporting...

When I say "fucking serious" I don't mean the actions that were taken... I mean the aftermath... charging them with serious charges... for what really?

Agreed. The charges seemed like major overkill.

But then again...I saw mention of possession of controlled substances. Maybe that's what further provoked the additional charges.

Who knows how the law works these days? :helpme

Nude model admits guilt in naked photo shoot at Pa. strip mall

Quote:

It was around 11 a.m. on a busy Saturday when the pair staged their nude photo shoot - with Guerra shedding every single stitch and Warnock snapping away -- at the busy strip mall, with families and their children aghast at the display of flesh.

For all that exposure, each will pay a $300 fine as part of their plea agreement approved Monday by an Allegheny County Common Pleas judge, TribLive.com reports.

All other charges, including indecent exposure and disorderly conduct, were dropped under the deal.

"My nude modeling is honest work, and I use it mostly to fund my college career."
Apparently, she hasn't learned much at college. A career is what comes after college.
