Onsite SEO work on a budget

I've just relaunced a paysite, and I have taken quite a beating on google. I havent got the time or the knowledge to do anything about it myself. So I wanna hire somone to work on SEO improving it. But theres a limit to how much I wanna spend.

Can someone please advise me what can be done on a budget on 100-150 USD a month. And if anyone has a good experience with someone who can help me, please share.

I guess you are on your own with that budget. Most what you can get is some SEO text writing for specific pages (keywords).

If you are talking about on page SEO, it's usually one time optimization and tweaking of website templates and some modest copywriting work (not creating text content).
