this one is basically a popup not basic banners all over the site which i used to see . i find it very cheap to put this ad to lock the entire window .

Stealing money

It's a spammer playing a camgirl video on an unverified non tipping account. He places a clickable promo image over the entire cam. Once a user lands on the cam you can't navigate away without clicking the image which forwards you to a dating affiliate link. He's been hitting chaturbate hard for almost a year. I've tracked him to an address in Russia, but not much you can do unless I put the effort into to getting his affiliate accounts banned. Chaturbate needs to disable a broadcaster from being able to overlay an image over site navigation.

This kinda looks like custom HTML from the broadcaster. Also, why would cb use a goog.gl link on their site. Doesn't seem legit

Yes they allow broadcasters to input their own html on their cam. It's definitely not cb. Of course the spammer gets lots of free traffic to his link. He gets multiple cb accounts banned daily and just keeps making more.
