Paxum Issues
Is anyone else having issues with Paxum? I have a considerable amount of money that "accounting" can't seem to find and I am getting nowhere with their support. I have been unable to access several thousand dollars for over six months, and now it is not even in my account for almost two months.
Please let me know if there are any other stories like this, and I would be very careful storing money at Paxum, something is going on.... |
I don't think so ...
|
waiting for ruth :2 cents::2 cents: there is no actual address. a ups store is the address. im not waiting months to get the amounts you are talking. sending ruth the thread

This started in November, 2016 when an ACH withdrawal to the same account I've always used was rejected. I've been unable to access or withdraw my money since then. Now my balance shows (and has shown for almost two months) $2.46. I've been working with Paxum with no issues before that since at least January 2011. Surely Ruth will get to the bottom of this and make it right. |
Missing funds... kinda vague. No issues here. Post more details.
EDIT: Can't say, I only use their prepaid card and withdraw funds from ATMs. |

My personal opinion?
It already IS epassporte. Same ponzie scheme as with epassporte beeing used right now, to keep money-transfers going. Shit-load of small (pref. 3rd world country webmasters) having huge delays in the moneyflow. This being done to keep premium accountholders happy (= good PR) Within a 12-18 months, you will all sit back and wonder "how did we not see this one comming" ? |
Why keep so much in there? We never left money with any of the online processors or people from Paypal to Epassporte. Trust no one.
|
I love my Payoneer and Neteller cards. |
Always keep the money on the card. It's safer there, then it's in the hands of the bank.
|
Never really have any problems with Paxum, money usually arrives on time and can transfer without any problems. Just transferred 2.5k yesterday, i'll double check with the beneficiary to see if they've received it.

Their support is slow so be patient and they will hopefully help you with that.

I requested an ACH withdrawal in November, exactly like I've done for six years, to exactly the same bank account as before. Only this time they said that account was not valid anymore. So I explained that it had been valid for six years, to no avail. Then I said, well let's set up a new bank account to ACH withdraw to. They said, sorry they aren't validating new accounts at this time. They disabled the one account that worked and refused to add any others. All the while, the amount of money there continues to build. Should have come here and spent it ;-) After months of back and forth on this, I finally got another account entered at Paxum. I don't know if they opened validation, or it slipped through the cracks or what, but I was able to get it entered in their website. So I initiated an ACH withdrawal to that account, thinking this was my chance. Unfortunately there was some issue (I'm still not sure what) and that transfer did not go through. I've been asking for two months what happened, and about a week after I ask each time they say "I'll check with accounting." I really need to know where that money is and need it back in my account. Or I need a job in that accounting department, two month vacations must be nice!! |
My issue, as I said previously, was that I requested ACH (or EFT) withdrawl around 3 weeks ago now and the funds have simply disappeared. Not in my bank account, not in my Paxum account, just gone. I've asked Ruby about this and support and it's the same answer "Waiting to hear back from accounting".
So, is something fishy going on? I'm very concerned where my money is, and others. |

My ACH withdrawals which never had problems before were denied and refunded for weeks but now when I tried again to withdraw yesterday it seems I actually got the money today. it shows in my online banking view as pending and usable which is a pretty good sign.

I HATE Paxum.

glocks probably for the same reason as whatever you're going through. The accounting used to reject and refund them but now on my 4th or so attempt over the past few weeks it suddenly worked. I don't know anything more than you do at this point.
|
Never had any issue, but mostly uses the card...

I rarely use Paxum but the few times I used ACH everything arrived fine. Thankfully it seems like more adult programs are paying via Paypal.

I never had any issues.
Was using EUR EFT withdawal in the past. Recently I use USD WIRE withdrawal, also to a European bank. Usually receive them within 2-3 days, but also had some transfers that took a week. Last one only took one day. |
Slow aint the word
Requested money to be transferred from my paxum on 5/16 , did not hit my account to 5/25
9 days is unacceptable is what it is :( |
So EFT was "for close to 100 countries" in March and now it's 47....why should that be? To cash in $50 wire fee instead $9 for the same thing?
Not good. |

Make sure you have you two conforming copies of everything, write in the assigned case number, and have the detectives take one set into evidence, and have then sign and date also the second set. You keep one signed set for your records. Now create two new conforming copies of the documents which you submitted to the local police which includes their case number, signature, date, and visit the local office of the FBI. Again have the FBI sign and date the two sets, one which is taken into evidence, the other for your records. Throughout the process stay organized and keep a journal. Dates, times, names, positions and general notes as to what was said, done, etc. At this point it's up to you if you want to directly inform Paxum of what you have done. If you want additional guidances after you've followed my basic instructions, find me 30 days after you've turned over paperwork to the FBI. There are additional agencies you can turn to. Good luck! |

A friend signed up but was rejected. "USA applications not accepted at this time." I referred her to Paxum after I found out about epassporte.

Funds still missing after 12 business days for me :(

And guess what will happen if he does that. They will do nothing to help him, until FBI have spend the good part of 3 years doing nothing about it, leaving him without money and no leverage. Your constant wannabe business-like approach is not just annoying as hell, but its downright cost people money when you try to pass your advice off, as you have any experience at all - you dont! so shut the fuck up, when it comes to advice that can cost people their business. |
Rooth to the rescue. But she is asleep still I guess. The Earth is round. Paxum is not a bank. Money is in motion.
