What shortlink ads do you recommend for mainstream (like adfly)?
 

I have a mainstream website that could be monetised very well if I find the proper shortlink ads company to work with. Which one do you recommend me?

Preferably one that pay at the very least $1 for 1000 worldwide, and that allow, or have some algorithm to return back, returning visitors, because it is very probable that many visitors will click of different links many many times, and I need them to pay me for each time they do it, else the website would not be profitable.

Which one do you recommend to work with?

Adfly pays very little for some countries, and I found many of its ads very spammy and virusy. I want something with ads that be not spam nor virus.
