His moves are to either help the rich, russia, or keep his base happy. His base is the only thing he has and he has to keep those idiots happy. It doesn't take much to do that, just alot of hot air!

Because his daddy was rich before him. I am pretty sure if my parents gave me a few million dollars to buy an apartment complex when I was seventeen I would be a lot richer now too.
