MoneyTree (wm.mtree.com -- Streamate) payment amount not updating

For those still using MoneyTree, have you noticed a problem with the pay period ending on June 4? The "earnings since your last payment" hasn't updated since Tuesday of last week and I've crossed the threshold for a payout this Friday. Normally things switch to "processing" on Sunday but, given the fact that the amount didn't update and is below the threshold, it's not processing. This is found in the payment history section. The amounts in "My Statistics" are accurate and show that the threshold of $250 was crossed easily.

Also, is MoneyTree being phased out? If so, how does one migrate to Cambuilder while preserving referrals? Can anyone speak to whether it's possible to simply promote Streamate through Cambuilder? I have no interest in whitelabels. If MoneyTree isn't disappearing I'll stick with them despite the 30% share instead of 35%.

Anyway, I can send them an email but I'm curious if I'm alone in this area. Any advice or comments on Cambuilder would be appreciated. Right now I'm receiving 30% instead of 35% however I strongly dislike whitelabels. It's something I would switch to only if avoiding a whitelabel is possible.

Anyone? Surely someone can speak to the Cambuilder situation.

I'm worried about the payment period issue and generally dislike causing a fuss. Is this unique to me or, in the chance that someone else uses MoneyTree, is there a problem affecting June 4?

Interesting, is that more or less the consensus here? Do you know if it's possible to use Cambuilder (which I understand has better analytics/tracking and of course higher revenue-sharing rates) to promote Streamate? Is one stuck with a whitelabel?

Has anyone who uses Streamate and MoneyTree noticed this issue?

Cambuilder is moneytrees extension site to create your own white label. If you don't like white labels, there's no sense considering cambuilder. I have no idea why some are negative towards white labels, it's by far the best way to promote cams. After 20 years and 8 figures in cam sales I'll never use anything but white labels.

If anyone uses MoneyTree, please look at the pay period ending on June 4. Do you see an issue? Are amounts accruing towards a payout? My statistics are fine but nothing is reflected in "payment history" or the impending payment amount for the current period.

I'm wary of the SE penalties. Also, I deal with a very narrow niche and one webcam site isn't sufficient. Streamate is close but I have to rely upon Chaturbate as well. For this reason and others, I have zero interest in branding a webcam site owned by someone else.

Do you know if Cambuilder allows Streamate to be promoted? It does have higher rev-share than MoneyTree.

Does anyone here still make money? This site seems dead.

Same issue here. I emailed support yesterday and got a "I am looking into the issue" reply. Now when I try to log in the page just sits there saying "please be patient while the page loads..." but it never does.

So whether it's just a site problem or something deeper I don't know. Just have to wait and see if my check shows up or not I guess.

Excellent, thanks man! I'm glad I'm not the only one. They're usually good about resolving this stuff.

Edit: the issue has been resolved.
