Ok, appreciate the title is unnecessarily provocative. My site link is in my sig, but before you go there... couple of things.

1 - this is my first project in this area and I am starting with some assumptions

2 - I know currently the site is shitty looking, but that is because I have spent my time focusing on speed speed and more speed. I am obsessed with speed and have sacrificed all else for it.

3 - I know i am doing lots wrong, but in a world of 10 million things I could and should be doing, its hard to focus down on what are the specific things I should try

4 - I am bored with slow WP site, generally, so wondering if someone out there is able to suggest a totally different way of running possibly a html5 or some other new fangled type of tech site.

5 - Yes I would like to make money some day from this, but i have no dreams of grandeur and getting rich doing fuck all.. and if it never makes money, it will be annoying but not the end of the world.

6 - I know it reads a bit spammy, or perhaps alot spammy, but I got lost in the stuffing of keywords and then couldnt find my way back :-)

7 - I have used a .st domain because I purchased some really short 3 and 4 letter ones a while back and I am determined to use them.. however people seem to automatically suggest they will rank lower.. and if there is some logic to that fine.. but I cannot think of any.. so would really like some expert opinion on this.

Take a peek and please reply with some constructive suggestions.

PS. if the site is slow where you are, please also let me know that.... this being the thing I really focused on, I would like to know if I messed that up too.

I stupidly underestimated how many people use FF and possibly other browsers..and naively only checked it with Chrome.. FF should work now.

Are those the description snippets that you really want?

The domain name is good IMHO the place is Jizz Street memorable but the content could be widened to include more interests.

You are adrift in a sea of competitors for the same keywords ... specialize in a few off the wall but often searched terms -- consider your semantic meanings -- or buy an ad :P

I do appreciate that.. but I just find WP so slow where ever its installed. Lite themes are generally never lite, then again , perhaps I need to overcome my phobia of WP.

Where did you capture those description snippets? it feels like they must be somewhere I put them.. but I coded from scratch so not sure where I can put an entry to define those factors .

To get used the "description" as to be super relevant to the content and not spammy advertising. Useful information to a searcher's query.

The description snippets can be, and most often are, a sentence on the indexed page that the search engine's algorithm finds relevant to that page.

Actually if you check your description tag and your search snippet used -- the two I checked were in fact used. Tweak your page content to the new long tail keywords you want to aim for and alter your description tag a little at a time until you are happy with the results.

Get the SEO working first -- eye candy design costs money and time
or buy an ad :P

If you can build what you want without Wordpress, there is no need to use it. It's a lot of extra bloat.

Ahh yes I understand now.. I shall tweak those descriptions to be more tantalising. When I set them, I was going through a list of all the basic SEO things I needed to cover and I knew at the time that I was not optimising anything, just making sure that it was there and ticked all the basic boxes.

Appreciate you picking on this important point, and I shall focus on it.

try shorten the bold title, a one liner instead of "Chaturbate is masturbating watching free sex webcams"

next, remove the beautiful, it´s not beautiful, it´s horny or sexy...

"It´s as simple, sexy and horny as that." or hot or something...

Tweak those descriptions to be more useful with the pages purpose, semantical meaning with a keyword or two -- don't get cutesy or spammy. Right now you are closed than most as your meta description tags are being used. Change the tags slowly and incrementally -- don't try to shock the indexing bot.

As a general note, I get the feeling that large changes have a negative effect? hence you saying "dont shock the bot" or is it that you simply want to analyse incrementally the effects on SEO as you go

As you might notice.. I am really interested in the nuts and bolts of SEO, and scratching my way up the rankings.. and I know its a slow process already dominated by some real experts and SEO ninjas :-)

Write your content for readers, not search engines. Readers are the lifeblood of your website or blog so write naturally, do not stuff a keyword into every sentence.While organic traffic from search engines is something to be desired, your first goal should be to create a great content, which your readers will love. Unlike "The Field of Dreams" just building it will not make them come. You have to get traffic to your website to make any money or even to claim any fame.

How can you get that traffic?

1. Organic SEO referrals
2. Paid ad placement click through (CTR)
3. Social media referrals
4. Publicity referrals (reviews, mentions in well known media)
5. Authority, paid and traded links

You need to define a traffic strategy (or strategies) before you can execute traffic tactics. Usually the strategies are plural and the tactics executed trial and error until you get a working combination.

Needs some serious tweaking ...
