I just came across this. It seems that Paxum have the intention to convert to a bank.:Oh crap

An outwardly (ie, not needing to 'know someone') adult-friendly bank would be awesome. Not too many of those exist--like close to zero.

Only downside to 'Paxum Bank' is that it's not based in USA (ignore if you're not incorporated there).

Paxum has ZERO intention of CONVERTING to a bank. Paxum ewallet is here to stay!

Paxum Bank is a new and separate service that is offered to clients who want the full power of a regular bank account with Mass Wire, ACH, EFT, and external card options without the need for recipients to register/create a Paxum account.

Paxum Bank is not open to all customers yet; we are working with selected companies during our launch period. When Paxum Bank is open for all customers we will make an announcement.

Lol, there is no need to convert it to bank, it can be simply complimentary service , after all paypal is also just ewallet despite them having bank license. Or same as choice bank have firstchoicepay as ewallet.

One question, will Paxum Bank be able to issue real company Mastercards that have the company name on them?
(Like regular banks do, Company Name plus the Individual's Name on them both.)

Good luck with the project, Ruth. The fees look pretty low, so when you start officially, I will open an account with you. Virtual USA Bank Account looks pretty interesting for me as a non US citizen.

Opening a bank is better investment then producing a movie :thumbsup

After dealing with many banks world wide - I would also contribute by saying
close to zero banks are adult friendly. So yep this should be interesting.
