NON US to verify US PayPal

Anybody tried this https://transferwise.com/borderless?source=publicNavbar yet?

It may be very useful since Payoneer stopped working with PayPal in USD.

Had a convo with support, they say the USD account details they give to the clients can be potentially used to verify US PayPal account. Their account allows debit / credit as a normal US account.
