but it think it's more a gossip...

They've been there for a while now.

druid66 06-14-2017 07:38 AM

heard they did same in Northern Ireland long ago.
SAS is real deal.

Not a bad idea but I would prefer to see them mobile and patrolling -- is it legal to have troops on the street in the UK? In the USA there is the Posse Comitatus Act: 18 U.S. Code § 1385, 32 CFR 182.4. Federal soldiers are restricted in performing civilian police duties.

Wouldn't surprise me at all....

American's are armed, everyone can have a gun and use it in self defense. In UK ppl are not allow anything sharp in pockets on the streets, simple screwdriver can bring problems so they are like a cattle in slaughterhouse. Guess they won't complain about hidden SAS operatives on the streets.

I agree with you, I don't think these guys should be undercover, they should be patrolling proudly, protecting their citizens and make anyone who is thinking of an attack, think twice.

All this discussion is a bit silly..

If the Japanese or Germans invaded USA the army would have fought them. Now the "invasion" so far is smaller, but the same rule should apply. But first the Congress first should dclare war on ISIS and then fighting ISIS soldiers and its supporters would all be legit.

Failing that then the peoples militia shoud do it:thumbsup

read this days ago & said to papers...

thanks for ruining the surprise!

anyway, yes of course, SAS are best of the best, they´re the hardest team in the world, circa

Usually, when a country is invaded martial law is declared. Then the army CAN be called out inside the USA .. silly ...

In the US they have to defend themselves against every angry idiot who decides to end his life and take a few with him. Because it's not just the good guys that are armed.

The SAS are in unmarked cars patrolling London targets.
