Trump lost another one... Dakota Access pipeline case lost..
The court citing Trump's rush to approve the pipeline instead of allowing the environmental impacts study to be carried out, that was already in process..
The court hasn't ruled if they will stop the pipeline, they will look at that next week.. In a 91-page decision, Judge James Boasberg wrote, “the Court agrees that [the Corps] did not adequately consider the impacts of an oil spill on fishing rights, hunting rights, or environmental justice, or the degree to which the pipeline’s effects are likely to be highly controversial.” The Court did not determine whether pipeline operations should be shut off and has requested additional briefing on the subject and a status conference next week. “This is a major victory for the Tribe and we commend the courts for upholding the law and doing the right thing,” said Standing Rock Sioux Chairman Dave Archambault II in a recent statement. “The previous administration painstakingly considered the impacts of this pipeline, and President Trump hastily dismissed these careful environmental considerations in favor of political and personal interests. We applaud the courts for protecting our laws and regulations from undue political influence and will ask the Court to shut down pipeline operations immediately.” In Victory for Standing Rock Sioux Tribe, Court Finds That Approval of Dakota Access Pipeline Violated the Law So much winning, MAGA! |
Newsflash: Hitlery was going to approve it too, genius. :1orglaugh
Clinton won't side with Dakota pipeline protesters But keep up the blind Trump hate, it's quite amusing :1orglaugh:1orglaugh:1orglaugh :pimp |
First, congrats to Standing Rock.
Acepimp: That's right, Clinton was going to greenlight this, it looks like she would have lost this battle too. |
So basically there isn't anything Trumps been successful at other than rallying a dumb noisy base and putting a bunch of lobbyists in his cabinet...
|
and selling MAGA red hats ...
|
But but he's accomplished more than any other president in history.

It's very funny here in central FL which was a strong hold for Trump, I couldn't drive down the road with out seeing 4 or 5 Trump bumper stickers during my trip. Even 3 months after the election was done there were still people with Trump campaign signs in there yards. I sort of got used to seeing this stuff day after day, but I've noticed something lately.. I'm no longer seeing Trump bumper stickers, in fact it's a rarity and I can't recall the last sign I saw. Seems for the average Trump voter, the love affair has ended.. His only support now are fools like JoushaMo. |

Guys, I am against the pipeline and big oil, but do you even read?? The pipeline has not been halted. It will be built. I hate this but facts are facts. Is it Trump's fault that the world runs on petroleum? Is it Trump's fault that Congress in 1937 banned hemp farming and biofuels? Pretty sure it isn't.
:2 cents: |
With all this winning, who needs more winning
|
By the way, is there ANY doubt that the Republicans prayed it would have been Trump shot yesterday?

The problem is there is a proper way to do things, and then the improper way to do things. Trump forced it through, and now is going to get smacked around. Hillary would have followed procedures and done things properly because she's an (a) politician and (b) a grown up. |
Ii thought the pipeline was completed in may I had read somewhere.

Winning! When Trump loses, America wins :thumbsup |

Now they determine if it gets shut down or not.. Meaning it's a victory but not the final nail in the coffin.. |
