Trump's lawyer has hired his own lawyer
You know it's bad when the lawyers hire their own lawyers....
Michael Cohen, Trump's lawyer, has hired his own lawyer. He is claiming this is "routine" but there is nothing routine about it. Here is my guess.... The relationship between Cohen and Trump is much more than attorney & client, and they have a number of business deals together. When they were looking into Trump's finances - or perhaps his son in law's finances - they discovered that Cohen is much more than just Trump's lawyer but also his business partner. https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/...=.b500e34c337d Very interesting.... |
That's the problem with organized crime, it's organized, and the law always catches up to them because there's an organized trail to follow. :2 cents:
Imagine all the Russia money coming in during the campaign when Trump's attorney was VP of Trump Organization. Can't claim attorney client privilege if he's VP, Trump's surrogate on TV, in house counsel and Trump's private attorney the seperate legal records he'd have to legally keep aren't sustainable :1orglaugh Longtime Trump attorney hires lawyer in Russia probe - CNNPolitics.com "Cohen served as executive vice president and special counsel at the Trump Organization during Trump's presidential campaign and did not hold a formal title in the campaign." |

I've always thought his attorney was slimy.....

You don't think attorneys have other attorneys on retainer?

This is completely normal same thing as most Psychiatrists have their own therapists they see regularly as well. He is just covering his ass the same as most attorneys do. They use it as a double check on their work to make sure they don't fuck up somehow and miss it.

You really can't make this shit up. It's hard to know whether the movie will be done by Michael Mann or Mel Brooks.
This is what happens when someone who is not so squeaky clean becomes president. To say Donald Trump is a little unclean would be a giant compliment to him. But he never meant to be president anyway....this was all just a marketing/branding stunt that went too far. Now he's got everyone trying to poke and prod at the house of cards he's been precariously stacking for decades. It's about to all fall down. You should have never come down that escalator 2 years ago and just stayed in your penthouse living your cushy criminal life you dumb ass. I'm going to laugh my ass off when he either goes to prison or dies of a heart attack. Whichever comes first. |

I am sorry, but this is a crooked group of people surrounded by a crooked group of people. |
You think this is the only time a lawyer has done that? I'm sure you're aware of that certain lawyers specialize in certain types of law, right? Civil, criminal, elder, child, family, etc. So if one hires his or her own it's organized corruption. Lol.

Trump's attorney falls into that category. Has nothing to do with your flights of fantasy calling him a "dirtbag" or whatever goes through your hate-filled mind when Trump's name is involved. I actually watched a panel of top attorneys discussing this and that is what they said. Just because the man is an attorney doesn't mean he just walks in to see Mueller and get questioned without his own attorney. Or as the lawyers say: "If you represent yourself...you have a fool for a client" |

Excellent post shiraz944
What you just said makes perfect sense...but Rochard and other anti-Trump people are so pumped up and angry and hate-filled that they can't think clearly at all. What happened a couple of days ago with that Republican Congressman being shot is gonna get worse if the media doesn't STOP with the anti-Trump agenda. What did they think was going to happen when they are on the air 24 hours a day at CNN calling Trump "dangerous" and allowing guests to call him "Hitler" and insinuate that he's not intelligent? You know...the entire campaign they were all over Trump's ass for joking around onstage saying he would have punched a guy. The media claimed that Trump was creating an "atmosphere of violence". And they blamed the couple of fights at his rally's on HIM...even though it turned out from the hacked emails of John Podesta that the DNC was paying those people to disrupt Trump's rallys. But the media ignored that. They blamed Trump's "rhetoric" and kept saying over and over that "Words matter". Okay...Words matter. And the words from the media every day have been to label Trump and Republicans as dangerous monsters who are fascists. What the fuck did they think would happen when simple minded, mentally ill people heard that? Hell, just look at Rochard. He's perfectly fine. A smart guy. And they have HIM so wound up he can't think clearly. It's pretty shameful of the media. |

When will you blame Trump for what Trump is doing/not doing? Trump's attorney is hiring an attorney because he himself is being investigated. |
