old established fast indexed domains is much more worth than new

every backling is worth more than no backlinks
domain age is one of google factor, this is worth too

and domain name is worth as well, short easy to remember with keywords, com, is worth more than bullshit-sex-videos.xyz

but for me 1k daily is like no traffic, so not worth to mention :)
