Anyone else getting this? I get them daily from xvideos now for content from another sponsor...:

If I have got it right, there is nothing fake about that. Our Business Affairs sends dozens of DMCA notices to many tubes weekly. Even if we are content partners with many ( like Xvideos). We are NOT after clips or small bits which are properly watermarked. We however pursue those who upload either whole movies or large portion thereof illegally.

Generally, all the legit tubes delete the videos and even ban some uploaders if they do not fucking listen. Some of the small thieves who ignored repeated warnings, we have managed to be dumped by their hosting company.

...and if you have no host you have no business.

Ok so it's nothing fake about making DMCA complaints about famedollars content with Rocco Siffredi and saying its yours?

I keep getting this complaint several times a day for the same Rocco video. Doubt it belongs to Bangbros since I promote his official site at famedollars with the video...

not sure i understand, is xvideos sending you the dmca? or are you submitting to xvideos, and someone is sending the fake notice to them?

There's someone out there that keeps sending fake DMCA's to google and whatnot from BangBros. For FreeOnes, it was always for the Tiger Benson babe section, which also means since they only include the babe section link it's not even a valid DMCA.

The DMCA will not be needed for long, since Supreme Court of Canada forces Google world wide to de index all website sharing or selling stolen content....from now on Google must comply upon satisfaction that the site Xyz is handling a stolen content....Basically the DMCA notice will go to Google and the next day the pirate will not be found.:thumbsup

Just check today's rulling in case : Google vs Equustek.... Google lost, there is no appeal. Huge fines to follow...:thumbsup

Big Thanks to Bangbros and particularly Richard here above who helped me out with all the hundreds and yet hundreds of fake dmca's that I've been getting.

Please know that the help is much appricated and will only lead to more promotion of the Bangbros content and sites from my side.

If they are sending them to the search engines make sure you get them to do formal retractions for every single one. If they've reported to Google they've already more or less killed your sites for awhile but you can still do damage control and slowly fix. Speaking from same bullshit experience.
