1) No video/pics of him in a hospital bed "brain dead".

2) No video/pics of him being tested by doctors for being brain dead.

3) He dies days after arriving home. Did his parents pull the plug?

4) why no autopsy?

5) Why no video/pics of CT scans to prove brain damage?

There is video of him being returned to the US in a state of coma, so it's not that much of a reach to assume the likelihood of him being brain dead at that point. North Korea most likely didn't want his death on their soil once he went into a coma from the poor living conditions, malnutrition and disease of the slave labor camp he was in. So they agreed to release him and send him back home so he would die in the US.

How familiar are you with North Korea? You don't get to "visit" anyone in a slave labor camp and prisoners are completely shut off from the outside world, just like much of the free citizens of NK are. He was forced to work 12 hours a day, 6 days a week. Prisoners are extremely malnourished and many die from starvation, disease or torture.
