WordPress People -- Little Help Needed
 

My site uses Wordpress but I'm having issues. My sidebar is just RECENT POSTS & CATEGORIES. Categories is almost blank but for two listings. In my Categories dashboard, I have about fifteen there with Main categories as well. Do they only show up if a post is assigned to it? I can't remember.

I want to populate the sidebar with:

Categories
Ratings
Links
Etc
Etc
Etc

I can't remember the code to put a link to each item, then the space (<br> ??) and then the next set of items. I see that it is a box/line around the title, then links.

Could someone please copy the sidebar code (I can change the text) from their blog or a blank template (I'm on iPad tonight, not PC) and email it to me? Someone is working on my site but other work has him busy. I want to build my sidebar so I can import text and have link boxes in place.

Add sidebar widgets in the admin for that.
If you don't have a widget for something then
I can custom build a widget for you.

I'm really glad I was able to get the fix nailed down. Wordpress has changed since I last built sites. It's awesome I can get help here. The Wordpress "help" forum isn't as helpful as y'all here.
