QWEBEC Expo Calling out for Speakers
Hello dear friends,
As last year, instead of having the same 'old' panel settings, we're going to a more productive and enhanced formula of our Q-Talks (just like Ted Talks)... Last year we introduced something totally new to the industry events. Q-TALKS. Instead of the traditional panels where time is missing for each speaker to share knowledge at their full potential, we are allowing them to present short keynotes on specific topics related to their respective verticals. Attendees really liked this new way, so we chose to maintain it this year. That?s why our education sessions and workshops are designed to provide insight, tips and applicable learning experiences for every level, regardless of where you are in your career. We enlist industry experts to bring you engaging, in-depth information sessions to not only be relevant to your day-to-day job but also benefit your career. Since our workshops are focused on exchange and interactivity, each keynote will be followed by a quick Q&A session where the only stupid question is the one not asked, and where everyone can share tips, tricks, and experiences. https://qwebec.com/images/qtalks.png Each Speaker will have a time slot of 20 minutes + 5 minutes Q&A. Starting at each 30 minutes. 1:00, 1:30, etc... Keynote Speakers will also be allowed to invite attendees to a Company Presentation (if you want to do so) in the other smaller boardroom (time permitting). What I'm looking for: An interesting and useful topic related to your field of expertise, that attendees will like and learn something new and will want to know more about your company/service/product after. Of course you're allowed to a short presentation of yourself and your company as a starter. The Schedule as right now would go like this: Friday Aug 4th : 11:30 , 12:00 ... 12:30 lunch (1h) ... 1:30, 2:00 ... 2:30 coffee break (30m) ... 3:00, 3:30, 4:00, 4:00, 5:00 ... Saturday Aug 5th : 11:30 , 12:00 ... 12:30 lunch (1h) ... 1:30, 2:00 ... 2:30 coffee break (30m) ... 3:00 Meet Market (2.5h) ... I will do my very very best to accomodate your chosen time slot, as I have a few sponsors to whom I have to give some priority. So ...
