Even if she was guilty of all of the above, none of them are crimes. Also, none of these are really done by the State Department - this would be done by the CIA.

If any of this was true and she violated any law, wouldn't she had been investigated by now? I mean, we've had a dozen investigations into Hillary and all of them came back with no charges.

There just isn't any law that says having classified email on a private server is a violation of the law. It isn't. There are a lot of rules about this, but no laws. The laws merely state one cannot give secure information to anyone not allowed to have it... but when you are one of a dozen people allowed to decide who can have classified information it's a moot issue. It's not illegal to store classified information on a private server, in a safe in their house, in their car, or on the kitchen table. You can try to argue she mishandled classified information, but that's pretty hard to do being as it was never compromise by anyone.

This was pretty standard both at the State Department and Congress.
