So I was dealing with Ryan in regards to some sites I have on your Model Centro network... however he's informed me he's no longer with you guys...

I know you have a chat support in the actual admin area... but would rather a direct contact with someone, like on SKYPE... any one from the company out there...

Just need to chat about some bits on there... :thumbsup :helpme

Do you really expect an answer when you post on a third party website, which is not their support board, on a Friday evening and a Saturday morning? Have a nice big cup of chill-the-fuck-down and wait till Monday, at least. Much higher chance account managers and other staff would be in by then.

I really don't check GFY over the weekends. But I'm in early on Mondays :) and for any emergencies please always reach out to live help as they're in 24/7.

We do have an internal community board for those using ModelCentro. There's a link to it from your account - looks like a conversation box. It's next to the log out button on the top right of your admin screen. That being true, it isn't a support forum since we do all urgent support via live chat widget on the website. It's more of a destination to connect with fellow MC-powered website owners.
