If you could go back in time and witness your birth would you?

I'd like to go back and experience the day before my birth, my birth, and the day after, in 3rd person, not as a baby being born. I'd like to get a real feel for the world back then, watch me get pushed out, see who was around etc , experience that day, and the day after.

My mum almost died and ended up in a coma when i was born so no...

My father died when I was nine months old. I just wish I could have met him once. I mean, he held me when I was a baby, but as an adult I wish I could have had a decent conversation with him.

I'd like to go back in time and stop a few births.

I posted in a previous thread that I had a working prototype for a time machine so this is theoretically possible.

Have you seen the director's cut of The Butterfly Effect? No happy Hollywood ending there. It involves him travelling back in time to strangle himself with his own umbilical cord, so that he can't be born and mess up other people's lives. Very sad ending. :(

Being brutally propelled into a complex and unknown world after living comfortably warm for months is a terrible and painful ordeal. I do not want to relive that!
