I'm pretty sure thee were also other lawsuits of this same type going on. Trump blocked a big veterans group not long ago and I remember there being talks of lawsuits then about him blocking people but also deleting tweets.

I know there was a lawsuit over deleting tweets because it violated the Federal record keeping laws.

To be honest, I don't even think Trump realizes how painfully stupid it is to do some of this stuff.

But the sad part is, his supporters defend that stupidity.

Trump knows exactly what he's doing and surrounds himself with the shady people he does for a reason. Banning is his partner in crime because they both have the same sinister goal :2 cents:

reading their arguments and i think they are right as far as i understand the first amendment NOBODY should be stopped to say what he thinks. especially not from the president of a nation who have the OBLIGATION and has SWORN to respect that.

I'm not Twitter expert so correct me if I am wrong. If Trump (or anyone for that matter) blocks you, can't you just log out of Twitter then go directly to their page and read their tweets?
