Well turns out this woman just happened to be representing a Russian family's real estate company here in the US whom the DOJ was building a case against for money laundering..

In May, the DOJ suddenly settled the case 2 days before it went to court.. Yea the DOJ lead by Jeff Sessions the guy who also lied about his Russian connections...
