Customs officials at Hong Kong have arrested a woman with 102 iPhones strapped to her body as she attempted to smuggle them across the border.

The gadgets were packed tightly together in plastic wrapping and hidden under layers of clothing. The woman was attempting to cross from Hong Kong into Shenzen in mainland China.


She was stopped after the border guards realised her upper body looked comically out of proportion to the rest of her. They also noted she was wearing "more clothes than was appropriate" at the height of summer, according to Chinese media .
