Kushner Admits to 4 meetings with Russians during the election
Right so Kushner witholds all Russian contacts on SF86 security forms, gets caught, then admits to meeting Russian Officials and representatives FOUR TIMES during the election.
Kushner defends his Russia contacts: "I did not collude" - POLITICO In his prepared statement to Congress, the president's son-in-law recounts but downplays four meetings with Russians. But the opening statement, designed to look fully transparent and take Kushner out of the Russia investigation spotlight, appeared to raise more questions about Kushner?s judgment than it answered. To wit: the former real estate developer blamed the glaring omissions on his security clearance forms ? which did not originally include several meetings with Russian officials that have since come to light ? on an honest mistake made by his assistant at the time. And like others in the Trump orbit who met with Russian Ambassador Sergey Kislyak before Inauguration Day, Kushner also said he had trouble remembering the official after their first brief, previously unreported encounter at the Mayflower Hotel in Washington, D.C. ? the same event where Attorney General Jeff Sessions met with, but didn't remember, the Russian ambassador. Overall, his account of events ?still feels incomplete, it was not fulsome,? Evelyn Farkas, a former deputy assistant secretary of defense for Russia, said of the testimony. ?I still wonder exactly what he discussed with Kislyak? in his subsequent conversations to the Mayflower meeting, she said. But more importantly, she added, Kushner?s testimony provides no explanation for why he was cavalier in his interactions with Russians after intelligence community reports that Russia tried to meddle in the U.S. election. ?After that,? Farkas said, ?why not alert the FBI? It doesn?t exhibit good judgment, or concerns for national security or the integrity of our democracy to be taking those meetings with the Russians.? |
Today was just the feel good event, get him talking, make him confident, let him step right into a smelly turd. Rinse and repeat tomorrow, then repeat with Jnr and Manafort, let them have a week of glory, then kick them all in the nuts.

He was not even under oath today.
Remember when Hillary was able to testify for under 2 hours and not be under oath? Me neither. |

And yes its possible he left the 100+ out on purpose to hide the Russian meetings. Prove it now. But don't lie and say he just didn't report the 4 Russian contacts, and reported all the other meetings. |

He knows Kushner is caught red handed and doesn't want the father of his grandchildren to be thrown in jail. |

Kushner discloses additional $10M in assets - ABC News
Oooops! "President Donald Trump's son-in-law and senior adviser Jared Kushner "inadvertently omitted" more than 70 assets worth at least $10.6 million from his personal financial disclosure reports, according to revised paperwork released Friday." "Kushner's wife and the president's daughter, Ivanka Trump, also filed new federal disclosures . She reported assets of at least $66 million and earned at least $13.5 million in income last year from her various business ventures, including more than $2.4 million from the new Trump hotel near the White House." |
Holy shit, this little twerp is married to Ivanka Trump. You just know this guy is not hittin that properly. |

And even so that wouldn't change much - we would still have to move forward with an investigation. Just because one person gets a pardon or even ten people get a pardon it doesn't mean we just say "no need to find out what really happened". I think Trump handing out a pardon for any wrong doing would make him look even worse. However, at this point he has the lowest approval rating of any president in recent memory so it might just not matter. |

" Accordingly, the Constitution simply provides that the President ''shall have power to grant reprieves and pardons for offenses against the United States, except in cases of impeachment'' (Article II, section 2). The leading Supreme Court case is Ex parte Garland (1867). Justice Stephen J. Field, writing for the Court in a 5-4 decision, held that the President's pardoning power is ''unlimited,'' and ''It extends to every offense known to the law, and may be exercised at any time after its commission, either before legal proceedings are taken, or during their pendency, or after conviction and judgment.'' "In the case of President Richard Nixon, he was granted a pardon for any crimes he might have committed during the Watergate scandal, even though Nixon wasn?t charged with or convicted of federal crimes. (This is known as a pre-emptive pardon.) Another way a person can receive clemency after a conviction is through a commutation of a sentence." https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pardon |

If he's such a competent person who is capable of managing a giant, overstuffed portfolio -- then how are we supposed to believe it when he feigns ignorance?
Is he a dynamic hotshot business manager, or a bumbling idiot who barely reads the details of his emails, forgets the names of people he meets with and doesn't pay attention to details because he's overworked and tired? Not buying anything he says. The best thing he has going for him is his boyishly innocent demeanor, but I'm not fooled by it. He's cut from the same cloth as his father, and peas in a pod with his crooked father-in-law. Like everyone else in Trump's orbit, he's a shit stain. |
Let's see who tries to defend this little shit bag. No takers yet?

When you go on national tv and say "I never colluded with the Russians", most likely you did.

President Gerald R Ford pardoned resigned President Richard M Nixon -- who was never convicted of any crime. The pardon went unchallenged in the courts -- end of discussion on that item.
I don't think Trump can let his son-in-law be charged and convicted of a crime like Regan did to Ollie North. Ivanka might go rogue. A daughter can testify against her father in court ... |

Paul Manafort subpoenaed by judiciary panel - CNNPolitics.com |
In one of these meetings they met with the Russians to coordinate secret discussions using Russian communications equipment. How the fuck is this not colluding with the Russian government?
I understand the occasional need to have a back channel to a foreign government, but the President of the United States should not be having secret communications with the Russian government. The state department, the military, etc, all need to be involved here. |

But to answer yet another of your ignorant pronouncements on GFY...YES, the President can "pardon" you before you are ever found "guilty" or even go to trial. Pres. Ford pardoned Pres. Nixon even though Nixon was not ever even charged with any crimes. The school system in the U.S. failed you miserably brother. |
