Does anyone mail legally to customer lists?
 

I have a customer list: active and inactive, fully double optin that I need to mail. I don't have a solution anymore. 155k customers total.

I'd like to partner with someone who has the ability to legally mail. We can work out a cost per 1k, revenue share, etc. I don't want to get you blacklisted, and I don't want to lose my list. So this has to be on the up and up.
