Wp-Script Tube Theme Wordpress - Futuristic Question
 

The theme, which I've downloaded and works great using wordpress calls back to the licensing server.

God forbid something happen to this individual or something happen to his service, how would I "hack" my pro purchased theme to remove calling back from the server? I get why it's used to prevent multiple domain use, but if something happens to the server or company, I don't want to lose the ability to add new videos.

I've sent support tickets and he seems good about my question but I'm wondering what else can be done say if the worst case scenario happens? Wouldn't be hard to find a programmer to move all the sql data into a new theme if necessary?

That he's got a nice M3 server hosting it. But *I really hate asking* what if he passes, up and quits, etc? Does that mean I have to get someone to code my theme again?

I guess the price was good enough. If the site is worth saving I'll pay for it to be converted.
