they should conduct missile tests...USIS is always innovating and other countries should follow suit or they will be the next vietnam/iraq/avghanistan etc...

If it passed into their waters then they had every right to shoot it down, USA is an Ally and had boats in the region, you'd think it would of been the perfect opportunity to show how they can intercept such missiles. Trump was too busy on Twitter to take the message? or they tried and failed?
