President of Mexico calls Chump a liar ?
 
Chump has been spewing yet more lies, saying the president of Mexico called him to congratulate him on reducing illegal immigration.
The Mexican president just went on record and denied he ever called him !!!

Then Chump throws his own lawyer under the bus contradicting his lawyers statement that he was not involved in his sons statement re his meeting with Russians.

Everything this asshole says is a fucking lie :321GFY

They talked in person and he did say those things. Trump lied about it being on the phone.

Why not? Only his rhetoric sends the message "you are not welcome here" and it is natural that only this one would attribute to decrease.
Then there were some changes to ICE, border patrol guidelines, maybe staff numbers and so on. Which also contributes.
