If all of the people believe that he does not produce excrement and that he has some supernatural existence and if he has already murdered all of his loved ones, then, what happens if someone just gets rid of him?

The will blame the USA and then you have 25 million suicide bombers wanting to kill anything American, and it will go on for generations.

Lets not forget last time the USA went in 600,000 civilians got massacred. USA used Napan, Gas and Biological weapons... They have a reason to hate your guts and want payback.

Because getting rid of dictators without a proper plan in place doesn't really work.
