I need a payment processor for non-adult

Any recommendations

Need something that accommodates custom pricing (ie., client sends email with specs, we come up with package price, client agrees, we send custom payment link with payment account pre-loaded)

Hmmm...not sure to get what you're looking for...

I thought you needed a payment processor for non-adult, both Stripe & Cardinity and most of the urls given here do the job.
No they're not like Paypal, they are way cheaper and apparently more flexible.
You might need a little developpement work to be done, but that's the price for being flexible, opposite to premade standard features.

I believe that CCBill also does mainstream hosting. I've been with them for a long time and I've always been happy with them being my processor.
