Mainstream site: Google deindexes pages and indexes non existent ones with https
 

Title says it all. When I force Google to index my pages from Webmaster Tools it does that and it stays in index for a while. After few days it drops all pages and replace it mostly with https which I don't use. I have no idea from where it takes these pages. Anyone know what to do?

It looks like your web server is answering https calls but isn't actually setup with a cert. I had something similar happen when I had a domin going thru cloudflare which does a quasi secure between the surfer and the cloud, but there was no secure between the cloud and my server. So it caused issues :(

I'm not sure that is what is going on here, but it's something to look at ;)
