Paxum wires not reaching my bank account

Hello,

I have been sending wires from my paxum account to my bank for a long period of time now but the last couple times the wire got returned. I called the bank and they didn't receive any wire so they don't know why it got returned. I asked paxum through ticketing and they said it might be the intermediate bank so i asked my bank and they provided that information for me to add to the wire info. Even when i did this the wire gets returned and eating up the $50 wire fee for the third time. Seems that noone knows what the problem is.

Anyone else have this problem?

I had a wire returned for a wrong Swift code. You might want to double check that.
Might be also mismatched address in your paxum account so when they wire it to your bank, it does not match so it ends up returned.
Sorry for your $150 loss.

What bank do you use in The Netherlands?

Feng-PD 08-17-2017 04:38 AM

Swift code is the same.... and i use a foreign bank.

WOW thats not good.
Very sorry this happen to you , as for the FEE's Paxum are very good at it ( charging fee :winkwink:) and seems like its getting LOTS risky to do business with them.
Think about that it's Never their fault , never take blame for anything , they will never credit you fee's even if you dont get the service requested.

Paxum tards

How about telling them your card was stolen, spend 2 months with them to freaking ask for chargebacks, sent them the police report, they "disable" your card, charge you $40 for each charge back, you pay $100 for a new card to be sent asap, 2 months pass and you keep seeing money being withdrawn from your "disabled" account and when you ask them what the fuck is happening and who is taking my money.... they say... until a new card arrives, the old card is still active.

But you can't access those money because your card account was "disabled" and you are not allowed to transfer money from the card account to your checking account, but the thieves can simply continue to take your money.....

Since your bank never sees the wire the only thing you can do is ask the sender (Paxum) to request a trace on the wire.

Wires are great when they work, but they can be a real pain in the ass when something goes wrong. I was paid by wire for several years (not Paxum) then had one go missing, and neither my bank or the sender's bank could give me any explanation why it was returned. The next wire (and all subsequent payments since) just 'worked as usual'

My wire was returned as well.

Same WIRE data as usual. I have asked support what is wrong and if it's safe to request that wire one more time, but they didn't answer since Monday :(
