No way, the center is the angle of the left "wing" on him. It's too far to his left eye by at least 5-6mm. The angles should also all be 90 degrees and the bottom wing is completely fucked (although admittedly might be due to wrinkles). Very shoddy workmanship even for a prison tattoo.
