I have started to get a lot of visitors from China on some of my Chaturbate API cam sites. How is the best way to monetize Chines traffic?

You could block them at the server level but using a firewall that reject the request and does not respond ( play dead in the water) is best -- you just ain't there (stealth mode).

I don't know about the export laws/rules to China if you have some mainstream product or service that the Chinese buyer would want.

With iptables and ipset you can block thousands of ip blocks.
But there is always a risk you block surfers from other countries.
