This is a really good deal on some really good sites. Some webmasters are hesitant to buy links on a whole network, so with that in mind; in all packages you can pick which sites you want links on, so if you do not want links on some sites that is fine. If you want links on all sites that is fine. If you want to stagger when your links go up on different sites, that is fine. As mentioned above, if you want a link to a different url/domain of yours on each site, that is fine.

I probably should have mentioned that most of these sites have very few outgoing links...some have none at all. Also, some of the sites have low Alexa's, get a decent percentage of their traffic from Search, and SimilarWeb shows them getting over 1 million visitors per month. These are not link farms and will never be.
