He's in a dirty alley in LA selling a video marketing course last week! :(

looks like his doing alright..

He's so successful in video marketing, that his video to market his video marketing course, has 50 views in 8 weeks, 43 of which came from gfy.

Damn that's shitty. Hopefully he can turn it around.

Every time I see him it reminds me of that scene from with John Goodman in The Gambler

I have a few memories in my mind about this guy, and its a bit sad to see. First he owned jays-xxx-links which was a very successful site, he was basically #1 in all major google keywords, trading links with everyone etc until 1 day he changed his entire site, my links were nowhere to be found, and then that site died, he did play with paysites for a while after that.

I can not forget the video he posted of his LA mansion, pools etc, I was hella jealous, in a motivational kind of way, it's really sad to see this video from the first post. Life is hard.

no he didn't, at least not during the time most of the link trades disappeared for the site, i even contacted him about it and got brushed off, it does not matter anymore, you can't change the past.

On a different note

you can see his house in his older video, he was living the dream, you see the youtube kids nowadays doing the same, wondering what will be with most of them in 10 years....

I was at his house once since we did the missFreeones party there and tbh it could use a bit of work back then already. Mostly neglected maintenance i'd say.

He eventually lost that house to foreclosure. He was forced out as a partner in OCcash and when the money stopped coming in, his substance abuse issues quickly drained his savings account. Last I saw, he was living in a dumpy motel in Atlanta.
