No, they are probably on par with American and Russian rednecks.. Although history channel doesn't make any TV shows based on Canadian renecks so all we have to go by is Trailer Park boys, but Im guesing they are the cream of the Canadian redneck crop..

Also renecks are not a race, just a group of generally ignorant people. Probably on par with the average Afghan tribal goat herder, but dare I say the Afghan goat herder is likely more welcoming of those outside his own race..
