Are you from France?
Is ketchup/catsup really banned in your country? Or is it just the brands with high fructose corn syrup? If so, what do you dip your fries in?

interesting you bring this up... why do Americans say robit & catsup?
And, this about France canīt be true, we enjoyed ketchup on chips while there :2 cents: |

French people nibble on all sorts of cheese a lot...just cheese like a cheese meal...

Quick pic I took this morning from my local store where at least 5/6 various references of ketchup can usually be found (sometimes more, premium quality mainly).
https://img11.hostingpics.net/thumbs...605ketchup.jpg Traditionnaly, we don't dip fries into sauces. I would say that good fries don't need any sauce. Salt and maybe pepper should be enough. On the other hand, Belgian fries are thicker and are made to be eaten with sauces. WTF, french and belgian fries? Yep, two different recipies :) |
