Sure, but I think to get any decent number of them you either have to have a domain that a lot of people would type in or you have spent a lot of time and effort to brand your site and make it popular so people type it in to revisit it.

In fact, some people make their living registering and re-directing misspelled domain names exactly for the type in traffic.
