Selling ex members email divided by niche (Teen, Amateur, Shemale)
 

Hello,

because of the other thread where we described the fact we couldn't send emails I finally decided to sell some of the lists I won't use.

1. The emails are coming from paysites - ex members and can be proven
2. The emails are cleaned with EmailListVerify (a 3rd party service) and ca be proved as well

Actually I'm interested in selling the follow package:

60k emails (verified) for Shemale niche
100k emails (verified) for Teen niche
200k emails (verified) for Amateur (mostly teen oriented) niche

IMPORTANT NOTE Each list is to be sold to ONE PERSON ONLY. So in case a member would buy it he'll be asked to come here and confirm the purchase so everybody knows that the list isn't available anymore.

When - in the TOS and PRIVACY POLICY - you clearly state that emails can be used for commercial purposes by you or 3rd party and we own the rights to use your data you are safe.

Different is when you collect data without the knowledge of the users.

Ex-members are no longer under contract. IMO you shouldn't be about to sell information of ex-members even if it's in your TOS and Privacy Policy.
